Homeowners living in an active Hunt Midwest community who either choose to build or move into a spec home in the same active Hunt Midwest Community or decide relocate to a different active Hunt Midwest Community are eligible to have their first year of HOA fees reimbursed! 

Additionally, if you are a current resident and make a referral of a buyer that closes on a home in a Hunt Midwest Community, you are eligible to have your annual HOA fees reimbursed!** Same details apply as the Move Up Program.  Use Contact Us form and select the option for making a referral.
